This page states exactly how text messaging works at Symbiont Intelligence. It exists so that anyone, a customer, a carrier, a reviewer, can verify our practice in one place.

1 · How you opt in

Only by ticking an unchecked box on one of our forms, next to the full disclosure, and only after entering your own phone number. We never add a number from a purchase, a call, an import, or a third-party list.

2 · Consent is never required to buy anything

Every product on this site can be purchased and used without ever giving us a phone number.

3 · What we send

Service messages about something you have joined: appointment confirmations and reminders, reflection notifications, and replies to messages you sent us. Message frequency varies.

4 · Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge for messages.

5 · STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. Reply HELP for help, and you will receive our contact details. Both work at any time, and STOP takes effect immediately.

6 · Automated disclosure

Anything automated identifies itself as automated. No message we send will imply it is a person or write as though it were the founder.

7 · Your number

Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@symbiontintelligence.com, and see the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
