Secure organizational intelligence,
implemented and governed.
AI implementation, departmental memory, executive dashboards, and Human Intelligence consulting, under your governance, on data you own, with a partnership that continues after go-live.
By application · Engagements from $22,000What an engagement covers.
AI implementation
The working system: where organizational knowledge lives, who owns each piece, how it reaches the person who needs it, and what the AI layer is permitted to do. Configured to your organization, not adapted from a template.
Secure organizational intelligence
Intelligence that operates inside your security boundary, on your infrastructure and your terms, reviewed by your people before anything is switched on.
Departmental memory
What a team learned does not leave when a person does. Decisions, context and reasoning stay with the department that produced them.
Executive dashboards
One view across departments, showing what moved, what is stalled, and what is waiting on a decision, assembled rather than requested.
Human Intelligence consulting
The judgment work: what should be automated, what must not be, and where a human being has to stay in the loop. Usually the part that decides whether the rest succeeds.
Data ownership
Your data remains yours. We do not train shared models on it, and you can export the whole record and leave. That is written into the agreement, not just stated here.
Governance
Documented policy for what the system may do, who approves changes, how decisions are audited, and how a recommendation is explained when someone asks why.
Security
Access control, retention rules, and a documented boundary, designed with your security team rather than presented to them afterwards.
Long-term partnership
An organization changes after go-live. We stay involved as it does, because a system nobody maintains becomes the thing everyone works around.
What your organization knows should stay your organization’s.
Most AI tools ask you to send your most valuable knowledge somewhere you cannot see. We think that is the wrong trade, so we built the opposite.
Secure organizational memory
Decisions, context and reasoning held inside your boundary, not a vendor’s.
Permission-controlled intelligence
People see what their role allows. Nothing more, and it is auditable.
Enterprise knowledge protection
Your methodology, your pricing, your client history. None of it becomes anyone else’s advantage.
Private AI environments
Your models run in your environment. We do not train shared models on your data.
Organization-owned intelligence
Export everything and walk away whenever you want. That is in the contract.
Optional local deployment
On premise or on your own hardware, if that is what your board requires.
Five principles, and they are not negotiable.
AI observes, organizes, remembers and recommends. Humans decide.
Every organizational fact has one authoritative home. Everything else references it. No duplicated truths, ever.
Not a folder. A person. Ownership is modelled explicitly, because unowned information is how organizations quietly lose things.
They are helped to cooperate, not made to compete. A system that makes one team’s work invisible to another is a system that has failed.
To amplify awareness, never to replace judgment.
Eight verbs, and one hard limit.
Observe · Capture · Remember · Retrieve
Recommend · Summarize · Coordinate · Escalate
— and never silently decides.
Every recommendation the system makes explains itself: why it is recommending this, what information it is based on, how confident it is, and what it does not know.
The system should become quieter as it becomes smarter.
- Fewer notifications.
- Fewer meetings.
- Fewer interruptions.
- Better timing, better recommendations, less noise.
Most organizational software proves its value by making itself more visible: more dashboards, more notifications, more meetings about the tool. We use the opposite test, and you can check it yourself at ninety days.
If it is louder than what you had before, it is not working, and we will say so before you do.
Written for the person who has to approve this.
- Access
- Access follows operational responsibility, not hierarchy and not ownership. Holding equity in an organization never by itself grants access to its information.
- Separation
- Organizational knowledge lives in organizational systems. An individual’s private working memory stays private to them. The boundary is enforced by architecture, not by policy.
- Ownership
- Your organization’s information belongs to your organization. It is never sold, never shared with other clients, and never used to train anything.
- Retention and export
- You choose retention. Full export is available at any time in a portable format, including at the end of an engagement.
- Deletion
- Real deletion, on a stated timeline, confirmed in writing.
- Disclosure
- Anything automated identifies itself as automated. No agent implies it is a person.
- Escalation
- Defined paths for anything the system should not hold alone. It routes to a human being; it never attempts to resolve it silently.
- External parties
- Partners and vendors receive scoped, limited surfaces. Never internal database or agent access.
Specific technical architecture, subprocessors and controls are provided under NDA during scoping. We do not publish our stack.
Four steps, and no promised dates.
No deck. We ask what is actually costing you, who currently holds what, and what has already been tried.
Written, fixed in scope, with what is explicitly out of scope stated as clearly as what is in it.
Built in stages, each one useful on its own. Nothing is switched off until its replacement is running.
The system is maintained and tuned as the organization changes. One that nobody maintains becomes the thing everyone works around.
No dates are promised in this section on purpose. A schedule is agreed in the proposal, against your organization’s real constraints.
Engagements begin at $22,000 and are scoped in conversation.
Scope is driven by the number of leaders involved, the number of systems to be brought into one place, and how much of the work is consulting versus build. You will have a written number before anything begins.
Start with a conversation.
Bring the problem costing you the most right now. If we are not the right answer, we will say so on the first call.
