Symbiont
Guided Implementation · White-Glove Onboarding

You do not get an empty account.
You get us, until it is running.

Most platforms sell you a login and wish you luck. We work alongside you through the migration and the launch: what to move first, how to shape it, which automations to write before the others. $125 a month, with a direct line to the founder while you are getting set up.

Limited places at a time · No cost to enquire
Why we do it this way

Software fails at the setup, not at the features.

Almost nobody abandons a platform because it lacked a feature. They abandon it two months in, half-configured, because the migration stalled on a Tuesday and never restarted.

So we do not hand over an account. We sit alongside the build, we take the weekly call, and we stay through the launch. That is more of our time than the monthly price accounts for, and we would rather spend it than watch another business quietly give up in month two.

In return we ask for your real business, your real week, and your honest answer when something is not good enough.

What is included

Five things, and all five are the point.

01

Guided implementation

We are alongside the build rather than handing you a login and wishing you well: what to migrate first, how to shape your pipeline, which automations to write before the others. Full-service implementation, where we do the technical work for you, remains a separate engagement starting at $3,200.

02

White-glove onboarding

A standing weekly session through onboarding. The same person every week, who already knows what you built last time, so no call starts with you explaining your business again.

03

Direct founder access

A direct line to Karuna while you are getting set up. Not a shared inbox and not a support tier. If something is broken or unclear, you reach the person who can decide about it.

04

Influence on the product roadmap

You are asked, before things are built, what should come next. What you need shapes what gets made, because real businesses in the middle of a migration are a better roadmap than any amount of guessing.

05

Creator Mirror entry features

Where it fits your business, you get access to Creator Mirror's entry features alongside the platform. Which features, and when, depends on what you are running; we will say plainly on the consultation what applies to you rather than promise it in advance.

Who this suits

Four things that make someone a fit.

You are already running a business.

Not an idea, not a launch plan. Real customers, real money moving, and real software you are paying for right now.

You are paying for several disconnected tools.

A CRM here, an email tool there, a scheduler, a checkout, maybe a course platform. If you can name four subscriptions, you are the case.

You can give the build a few hours.

We do the technical work. What we cannot do is know your business without you, so the working session and the weekly calls need you in them.

You will tell us the truth.

Including when something is worse than what you had. An onboarding where everybody is polite is worth nothing to either side.

If one of those is not true yet, get in touch anyway and say so. We will tell you honestly whether to wait, and waiting costs you nothing.

How it runs

Six steps, and you can stop at any of them.

01

Enquire

The form below, about five minutes. It asks what you run, what you are paying for, and what is costing you most.

02

Consultation

A 30-minute call. We look at your actual stack and say plainly whether this would help. Sometimes the answer is no.

03

Discovery

If it is a fit, a working session on the real business: what is in flight, who matters, what has to keep running.

04

Proposal

Written, fixed in scope, with what is out of scope stated as clearly as what is in it. Nothing starts before you sign it.

05

Implementation

We build it. Staged, and nothing is switched off until its replacement is running.

06

Live

You are running on Symbiont OS, with weekly sessions through launch and a direct line while you settle in.

What we ask in return

Your honest answer, once a week, while we are building it.

That is the whole obligation. No case study you have to agree to in advance, no testimonial written for you to approve, no logo on a page unless you offer it. If you want to say something publicly later, we would be glad. It is not part of the deal.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

What happens after I send this?
You get a confirmation immediately, and a reply within one business day either offering you a 30-minute consultation or telling you honestly that it is not a fit yet. Nobody is left waiting without an answer.
Does enquiring commit me to anything?
No. It is free, the consultation is free, and nothing is signed until you have a written proposal with a fixed scope in front of you.
What is the difference between this and full-service implementation?
Guided Implementation means we are alongside you while you build it: the sequencing, the decisions, the weekly session. Full-service implementation means we do the technical work for you, and that is a separate engagement starting at $3,200. Plenty of businesses take the guided route and never need the other.
What if I already have systems that work?
Then we keep them. The goal is fewer places, not our places. Implementation is staged and nothing is switched off until its replacement is running.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how much you are running and how much has to be migrated. We give you a schedule in the written proposal, against your real constraints, rather than a number on a landing page.
What happens to my rate later?
You keep the $125 monthly rate for your first 24 months, provided the account remains active. This is not a contract or a minimum term: you can cancel before any renewal like anyone else. It is simply that while your account is running, your rate does not move with the public price.
Why are places limited?
Because weekly sessions and direct founder access are real hours, and promising them to everyone at once would make both promises worse. We take on a small number at a time. If we are full, we will tell you that plainly rather than keep you on a list.
What if it does not work for my business?
Then we say so, and you leave with everything you put in. Your data is exportable in full, in a format you can read without us, and deletion is real deletion on a stated timeline. Read the Refund Policy before you buy rather than after.
Get in touch

Tell us about the business.

About five minutes. Every answer is read by a person, and you will hear back within one business day.

Free, and a person replies within one business day.
Begin

We take a small number at a time.

Getting in touch costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The consultation is where we both find out whether this is real.
