How billing works.
Memberships are billed monthly, in advance, on the date you began, and they renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date from your account or by writing to hello@symbiontintelligence.com. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end your current month, and you keep access until that month is over.
One-time purchases, the Installation, implementations and Signature™ — are charged once, at the price shown, with the full scope agreed in writing before any work begins.
Every charge appears on your statement as SYMBIONT OS.
