Symbiont OS · Payments

Getting paid, on the same record.

Take payments, send invoices and run subscriptions without a separate checkout tool.

What it is

Take a one-time payment, start a subscription, send an invoice or set up a payment plan. The charge lands on the contact record, the receipt goes out, access to whatever they bought is granted, the pipeline moves and the reporting updates. All of that is one event, not four systems agreeing later.

Why it is different

Most businesses run a checkout in one place and a customer list in another, then spend the end of every month reconciling the two. Here there is nothing to reconcile, because the payment and the person were never stored apart.

Why it matters

Knowing what somebody has paid you, and what that entitles them to, should not require opening three tabs. It is also the difference between a renewal you noticed and one you did not.

What it looks like

The shape of it.

A diagram, not a screenshot. It shows how the parts sit together. No invented numbers, no invented customers.
